Pakistani women serve as commissioned officers in over a dozen branches, as military nurses, and as doctors in the Army Medical Corps. Selection follows the same merit pipeline - with dedicated training for lady cadets.

Your action plan

  1. LCC branches change each advertisement - check which branches (IT, Psychology, Engineering, Education…) are open this cycle.
  2. AFNS is the most accessible door: 50% in FSc pre-medical starts the journey to a commissioned nursing career.
  3. Physical standards for females are modified - read the physical guide notes.
  4. Documents: CNIC/B-Form, domicile, degrees and father’s CNIC as per the advertisement.
