About this entry
The Pakistan Navy announced the 2023 PN Cadet entry on 2 January 2023. Candidates registered online through the Navy recruitment portal or at Navy Selection and Recruitment Centres until 6 February 2023.
Selection included an initial written test (intelligence, English, mathematics and physics), physical efficiency tests, a detailed medical examination, and ISSB for shortlisted candidates, followed by a final interview and merit list.

Eligibility requirements
- Male Pakistani citizen (AJK and GB included), unmarried.
- Intermediate with minimum 60% marks (Pre-Engineering or equivalent).
- Age 16.5 to 21.5 years per the advertisement.
- Minimum height 5'4" with Navy medical and visual standards met.
- Registration closed on 6 February 2023.

How to apply - step by step
- Register online on the official Pakistan Army recruitment portal (joinpakarmy.gov.pk), or report to the nearest Army Selection & Recruitment Centre as advertised.
- Fill in personal, educational and domicile details carefully and choose your test centre.
- Deposit the prescribed test fee (if applicable) and keep the receipt safe.
- Download or collect your roll number slip with the test date and reporting time.
- On test day, bring original documents and reach the centre before the reporting time.
- Clear the initial test → physical → medical (→ ISSB for officer entries) to reach the final merit list.
