The Pakistan Army opened registration for the October 2022 soldier intake on 13 June 2022. Candidates applied online at the official portal or reported to their nearest Selection and Recruitment Centre with original documents before the last date of 29 July 2022.
Registered candidates appeared in the initial written and intelligence test, then the physical efficiency test covering running, push-ups, chin-ups and ditching, followed by a detailed medical examination and final interview at the centre. - Clear initial test, physical test, medical examination and final interview to reach the merit list.

How to apply - step by step
- Register online on the official Pakistan Army recruitment portal (joinpakarmy.gov.pk), or report to the nearest Army Selection & Recruitment Centre as advertised.
- Fill in personal, educational and domicile details carefully and choose your test centre.
- Deposit the prescribed test fee (if applicable) and keep the receipt safe.
- Download or collect your roll number slip with the test date and reporting time.
- On test day, bring original documents and reach the centre before the reporting time.
- Clear the initial test → physical → medical (→ ISSB for officer entries) to reach the final merit list.
Apply only on the official portal: registration happens at joinpakarmy.gov.pk. Never pay agents - Army selection itself is free apart from the advertised test fee.

- Domicile certificate
- All educational certificates & marks sheets (original + copies)
